Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for offering overall support to the leadership with regards to putting together / creating presentations, assist in reporting, coordinate special projects and final goals and working cross departmentally. This role will be based out of Vision Hospitality Group, LLC. in our Home Office location in downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee.


The job is simple:

Necessary Skills:

  • Uphold Vision’s Culture in all job responsibilities.
  • Ability to work under presser and meet deadlines
  • Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in MS Office Suite & ability to learn new programs quickly and thoroughly  
  • Maintain thorough, organized records, and strictly adhere to Vision’s confidentiality codes of conduct.
  • Set and maintain short- and long-term goals in order to complete special projects on time  
  • Create, manage, analyze and distributes reports on various aspects of the company
  • Manage communications between leadership and all business partners / constituents 
  • Create and manage project requests from leadership
  • Demonstrate proficiency in comprehension of industry-related reports and be able to analyze and present information clearly and concisely
  • Assist with meetings and may take notes and assist with other various meeting task
  • Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance at all times.
  • Effective leadership, problem-solving and enterprising skills.
  • Comfortable working with internal and external executive management
  • Creative in developing and implementing new, streamlined, effective methods.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, personally and professionally.
  • Has a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

 

Physical Requirements

  • Must speak English with excellent communication skills
  • Must have eyesight enabling vision both near and far.
  • Finger dexterity to type, to write, and work on a computer.
